Change Management
Changes are ongoing in business life today. Management must carefully weigh the right balance of change versus stability. Too much stability leads to lethargy, while too much change leads to overloading the organization. Nevertheless, typically in an organization, there are several change projects running in parallel. With successful management, I can effectively support with my experience and recognized status as a change expert. My solid project management skills are particularly helpful in this regard.

In my professional life, I have held several positions that involved developing systems and structures for the development of people. This allowed me to successfully advance complex qualification projects and design leadership development projects, as well as develop high-level action learning programs that connect innovation management with the development of top potential candidates. I made sure not only to lead these projects but also to take on active roles, such as coach, facilitator, or leadership trainer. Therefore, I am familiar with the hurdles and success factors of such development projects and can intentionally incorporate these experiences into the project work.
